I would give 100 stars if I could! Our furnace started to mysteriously act up during minus 40 with windchill weather – it would only blow cold air. Jim came out, changed the sensor which is the typical cause, yet the problem continued but to a lesser degree. Jeff sent Jim again at my convenience which happened to be towards the end of the work day. Jim was at my house for aproximatley 3 hours and he called an electrician over at 6PM. The problem was located and attributed to the electrical that was done when my house was built. They re-worked the wires, informed me of my options from least expensive to most expensive, recommended the least expensive and left after the fix was completed. 1000% impressed with this company who’s priority was fixing the problem and providing exceptional customer service as opposed to making the most profit. They didn’t even charge extra for working after hours unexpectedly. This is a company that earns and deserves the trust of it’s customers and is not satisfied until the customer is satisfied. Thank you Jeff, Jim and Lawrence! You guys are fabulous and we will be contacting you for all of our heating and cooling needs in the future and recommending your company to all of our friends and family.
